 ★ Pre Order Product Listing ★

We focus mainly on Personal Shopper Service so most of our listings are Pre Order basis. Only products with "READY STOCK" badge are Ready To Ship and available as Ready Stock

 

★ Pre Order & Personal Shopper Estimated Time Arrival (ETA) ★

In most cases & normal time of the year, it takes only 14-18 business days for item(s) to arrive once it reaches our overseas addresses.

However dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. Mainly due to the international transit & shipment clearance process by customs.

** In special cases for Personal Shopper service, you may request for express shipping / standard shipping. 

Express Shipping will incur another extra charges that will be borne by buyers

 

★ Import Duties & Taxes ★

 

For certain high value product that cost of more than RM 500, 10% import duties may imply and will be borne fully by customer.

We will, however, try our best to arrange your shipment to lessen the import tax value (if any).

 

★ Cancellation / Change of Mind ★

Pre Order  & Personal Shopper order cannot be cancelled / refunded once the 24 hours grace period ends. 

Pre Order & Personal Shopper orders are final as they are made especially for you.

So please take extra care when placing your order.

We are not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre Order & Personal Shopper an item(s). So please take time to read product description when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind, or cancellations.

You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre Order & Personal Shopper order . Your order will only be shipped upon complete arrival of your order.
