All orders from DGC will be shipped using J&T / GDEX.

 

★ When will my order ship ★

Ready Stock items

The next working day!

Pre Order [PO] items

14-21 business days! (It usually takes less than 14 days during normal season!)

 *** Do note that extra days may be needed for order during peak / holiday season.

Ready Stock + Pre Order

If your order contains both pre-order and non-preorder items, the entire order will be shipped when pre-order item becomes available.

Please place your pre order item separate to avoid any delays in non-preorder items. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email with a tracking number.

 

★ How are the shipping rates calculated ★

No matter where you at in Malaysia, we offer standard flat rate shipping of RM10 for order less than 1kg!

 

★ Incorrect address ★

Please contact us within 24 hours to amend any incorrect address. After 24 hours, no amendment will be entertained.
